What type of décor is allowed?
We welcome tasteful décor including balloons, floral arrangements, and candlelight (in enclosed holders). We kindly request no glitter or confetti. Specialty furniture rentals are available

Yes — we can recommend trusted local vendors for floral, entertainment, photography, and more.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No. All alcohol is served through The Carlson’s exclusive bar program. Bar programs include open, consumption, or cash; signature cocktails on request.
Do you have in-house catering?
Yes — our culinary team specializes in creating menus tailored to your event.
Is your venue ADA accessible?
Yes. The Carlson is on a single level and features two accessible restrooms.
Is there parking for my guests?
Yes. We offer approximately 200 spaces in our parking lot located directly in front of our venue.
What is your event capacity?
Wedding Receptions (with dance floor): up to 130 guests Wedding Ceremony & Reception: up to 100 guests Cocktail Receptions (standing): up to 180 guests Seated

Yes — a charming outdoor space is available to enhance your event flow.
